Dr. Michael Williams has been a practicing orthodontist in Woodstock since 1997. Dr. Williams earned his D.M.D. at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry, then completed his hospital dental residency and a three-year residency in orthodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While at UAB, he also completed additional classes and orthodontic research to earn a master of science degree. Dr. Williams is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of the Georgia Board of Orthodontics. He was the 2010 President of the Georgia Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Williams is a past president of the Rotary Club of Woodstock and is very involved with the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce. Williams Orthodontics works closely with local schools through the “Partners in Education” program to educate children about dental health and various other topics. Dr. Williams sponsors several youth athletic teams and community activities.
